  17. I haven't had the great luck with Laser Craze.  I ordered a disc
  18. 2+ months ago and they said they had it in stock and I should receive
  19. it in a few days.  A month and several followup calls later I finally
  20. got it and it was defective (bad spot about 30 minutes in causing
  21. several minutes to be skipped).  They told me I could send it in for
  22. a replacement but it was out of stock again so it would be a couple
  23. weeks before I got a new copy.  Figuring I'd rather have a defective
  24. copy than no copy, I ordered a 2nd copy (they told me I could send
  25. back the 1st for a refund when the 2nd arrives).  A month later,
  26. I haven't gotten the 2nd copy yet.

  28. They've been quite nice over the phone but gotten a lot of information
  29. wrong.  I don't think they're trying to rip anyone off but they seem
  30. disorganized.  I'd say order from someplace who really has it in stock,
  31. if possible.
