  23. The new sig should be constrained to 20, or perhaps even 10 columns.
  24. The constraint will force you to distill every bit of creativity into
  25. those few characters per line.  Naturally, this will also tend to
  26. increase the number of lines, which could be considered an added
  27. benefit.
