  30. i was very pleased when i heard Deeper and Deeper and saw the video for it.
  31. i like it because... well, quite honestly... its vacuous... much like her
  32. early material. I can't stand it when madonna tries to be deep and profound
  33. like in that "this used to be my playground" bullshit. madonna is about
  34. surface... don't expect to "understand" anything she does. Even if there
  35. is a message there, who cares?!?! i'm sure it's nothing important. Madonna
  36. is at her best when she gets into the groove like a virgin or like some
  37. material girl who can thank her lucky star that enough people give a
  38. fuck when she expresses herself through erotica on some given religious
  39. holiday even when doing so would not be in vogue.
