  28. The only thing that occurs to me is that in _So Long and Thanks For All 
  29. the Fish_, by Douglas Adams, in chapter 24, when Arthur Dent is 
  30. unexpectedly flying, it says the following:
  31.         He tried not to think about the ground, what
  32.         an extraordinarily big thing it was and how
  33.         much it would hurt him if it decided to stop
  34.         hanging there and suddenly fell on him.  He
  35.         tried to think nice thoughts about lemurs 
  36.         instead, which was exactly the right thing
  37.         to do because he couldn't at that moment 
  38.         remember precisely what a lemur was, if it
  39.         was one of those things that sweep in great
  40.         majestic herds across the plains of wherever
  41.         it was or if that was wildebeests, so it was 
  42.         a tricky kind of thing to think nice thoughts
  43.         about without simply resorting to an icky sort
  44.         of general well-disposedness toward things, 
  45.         and all this kept his mind well occupied while
  46.         his body tried to adjust to the fact that it 
  47.         wasn't touching anything.

  50. you to your regularly scheduled weirdness.  (On second thought, this is
