  28. For those visiting LA (Los Angeles, not Lower Alabama), the best chili-cheeseburgers
  29. are at a dive called Tommy's.  There are several scattered around town, but the
  30. original at Beverly and Rampart is definately worth the trip.  Best time to hit the
  31. place is after a long night of bar-hopping, around 2:00 in the morning.  It's smack
  32. in the middle of one of LA's less affluent areas, but don't mind the gangs hanging out
  33. there - it's pretty much neutral territory, last time I was there.  (Admittedly, 
  34. that was almost ten years ago - ah, college daze!)
