  10. Well, the fucker did it.  Pardons for everybody for Xmas.  The Bastard.

  12. The lying, fucking, cheating, perjuring, bastards are probably gonna get 
  13. off scott free.  When I was in school, I was taught in civics class that 
  14. we were a Nation Of Law, and that nobody was above the law.  They Lied!

  16. I will soon be writing to President Bill to demand, DEMAND, that he 
  17. rescind this pardon!  On January 22nd I want him to rescind this travesty 
  18. of ustice.  Can he do this thging?  'Ell if I know what the legal opinion 
  19. on this is!  But do it anyway.  And then dare anybody object to the 
  20. reversal of this foul travesty of Justice!

  22.   I became politically aware during the waning days of the Johnson 
  23. administration.  Just in time for Tricky Dick.  I have watched these clan 
  24. of bastards for a little over 20 years and I have come to the 
  25. unmistakeable conclusion that the republican Party leadership is Morally, 
  26. ethically, and intellectually corrupt in the extreme and that there is no 
  27. hope that they will cahnge in the near future.

  29. Thus I officially declare the republican party dead.  It died long ago 
  30. with Eisenhower.  Let us call it for what it REALLY is.  The Corrupt 
  31. Party.  I declare this the official name for the GOP.  There is not one 
  32. upper echelon Corrupt Party Offical that has an honest bone in their 
  33. bodies.  20 years has proved that.

  35. I consider Bush a traitor.  He failed to uphold his oath to protect the 
  36. Constitution and Faithfully Uphold Our Laws.  He has lied to us 
  37. repeatedly.  ANd allowed other lawbreakers in high places to escape their 
  38. just punishments.  He is a traitor and nothing less.  And I do consider 
  39. the word Traitor to be very strong and not to be thrown around for mere 
  40. rhetoric's sake.  By Traitor I mean a special class of criminal above and 
  41. beyond mere felonies.  Damn him.

  43. It is now tiome to reconsider the clause in the Constitution that allows 
  44. for Presidential Pardons.  This Clause has been abused twice now for 
  45. political reasons in 20 years.  Both times by the Corrupt Party.
  46.   It may have been a magnaminous idea from the founders, but it has been 
  47. abused twice now to the point that it can no longer be tolerated in the 
  48. Constitution.

  50. We need new laws.  Zero Tolerance Laws.  Laws that bring the type of 
  51. lawbreaking we has seen in the last years of the Corrupt Party's reign 
  52. into a court to be tried as it should have been.

  54. First, the special prosecuter statute must be reinstated.  It was allowed 
  55. to lapse December 15th.  It must also be strengthened.  Executive 
  56. priveledge and other excuses must not be allowed to give criminals in 
  57. high places a place to hide.

  59. We need set sentances for certain crimes.  With long sentances.  No time 
  60. off for good behavior, no parole.

  64. 10 years in prison for:

  66.   destroying evidence that may be of value in an investigation from a 
  67.   special prosecutor, Senate or House investigative committe, House or 
  68.   Senate prosecutor, grand jury, any other offical and duly appointed
  69.   body investigating any claims of wrong doing or bringing a case to
  70.   trial.

  72. 10 years in prison for;
  73.  
  74.   Lying or perjuring one's elf before such a body.
  75.  
  76. 10 years in prison for;
  77.  
  78.   Hiding evidence, or knowing that evidence exists and failing to inform
  79.   the proper authorities.

  81. The acts should be the sole focus for investigation, or trial.  Intent, 
  82. need not be proved.

  84. If anybody else has any ideas on laws that would be good to have so that 
  85. creeps and liars like these will have a harder time of it in the future, 
  86. post here on A.F.D.Q..

  88. I am really interested in hearing your ideas.  I am going to write all my 
  89. Senators, and my Congresman, and demand these changes.  It is time to 
  90. clean upo the corruption there.
