  19. On this morning's news on the radio, I heard an item about a
  20. school, think it was a proprietry school maybe in Calif. which
  21. helped prepare people to take some important exam.  It was sued by
  22. a hearing impaired student because it wouldn't provide materials in
  23. an accessible format.  The court made some decision requiring it to
  24. provide interpretting services.

  26. I'm not sure if the case was filed under ADA or which legislation.
  27. But, it may be one that is worth our knowing about in EASI.

  29. If anyone picked up better info than I, would you send it back to
  30. the list as well as to me?
