- On this morning's news on the radio, I heard an item about a
- school, think it was a proprietry school maybe in Calif. which
- helped prepare people to take some important exam. It was sued by
- a hearing impaired student because it wouldn't provide materials in
- an accessible format. The court made some decision requiring it to
- provide interpretting services.

- I'm not sure if the case was filed under ADA or which legislation.
- But, it may be one that is worth our knowing about in EASI.
