  13.      In regards to these much talked about "Tetris Dreams", although I had 
  14. never had one before, I had a similar experience last night.  While vegging
  15. in front of the tv I was doing caricature drawings of various tv characters
  16. until I had a page in my sketch book filled with them.  After sleeping only
  17. 3hours, I awakened from a snippet of a dream in which I was repeatedly draw-
  18. ing various parts of faces and face shapes.  Usually, I do not awaken at this
  19. time with any dream memories.  Perhaps this phenomenon is an early stage in
  20. this rest/reorganization of neural pathways in which these repetitious 
  21. behaviours get catagorized.  I remember awakening, remembering and being very
  22. angry that I was wasting my dream time with such nonsensical things!  
  23.  
  24.      Also, could someone tell me about the Lucidity Institute?  What is it 
  25. all about and what does becoming a "member" entail?
