- In regards to these much talked about "Tetris Dreams", although I had
- never had one before, I had a similar experience last night. While vegging
- in front of the tv I was doing caricature drawings of various tv characters
- until I had a page in my sketch book filled with them. After sleeping only
- 3hours, I awakened from a snippet of a dream in which I was repeatedly draw-
- ing various parts of faces and face shapes. Usually, I do not awaken at this
- time with any dream memories. Perhaps this phenomenon is an early stage in
- this rest/reorganization of neural pathways in which these repetitious
- behaviours get catagorized. I remember awakening, remembering and being very
- angry that I was wasting my dream time with such nonsensical things!
-
- Also, could someone tell me about the Lucidity Institute? What is it
- all about and what does becoming a "member" entail?
-
- Pleasant dreams, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!! SANDRA
