  48. Sue Bishop mentioned that the mother has some mental problems --
  49. but Sue's description of the father seems to indicate the same.  So 
  50. I guess he'd have to commit himself to an institution to avoid paying -- 
  51. although I'd bet he'd be in arrears anyway, when he came out.
