  21. development environments, file standards, high speed "phone" lines, etc.)...

  23. much of this is already being undertaken by the "tool" makers (there are
  24. tools available for providing vr -- both at low-level and high-level price
  25. points [i.e. in the realm of both what the average person can and cannot
  26. afford to purchase])...

  28.      the idea that we have to wait for technology to improve before
  29. attempting to build anything...

  31. the notion that until the technology becomes "easier to use" or more
  32. readily available...

  34.      if ya stick with that notion ya can stand and wait forever (there
  35. is plenty 'o stuff out there right now that enables even the average pc
  36. user to get goin' on creatin' lotsa cool things).
