  29. from the _Mississippi Review_ special issue on Cyberpunk (or was that the
  30. _Missouri Review_), und so weiter. . .  What kind a cake do they bake?

  33. copy, into a tape recorder, in order to re-transcribe its narrative as a
  34. live reading at Symphony Space before a paying audiance in New York?  And
