  32. This is what is referred to as a triangle scam (or in the last incantation
  33. I saw as an 'airplane game' scam where it was another 'perfectly legal' system
  34. of seats on your airplane that people reserved for 1.00 and there was a way to
  35. move up from the bottom of the list till you had your own airplane and only
  36. the 'pilot' and 'copilot' of each plane were paid or something and when the
  37. plane was full the pilot 'parachuted' off the plane and made room for a new
  38. set of people to move up the list and make money.)  But I digress, my point
  39. here is that this is a scam that most certainly is ILLEGAL in many states and
  40. no matter what postal code you cite above the mere posting of it to usenet
  41. means that you are brushing will the law because even if not illegal in your
  42. state it has now been carried on an 'interstate carrier'and if someone takes
  43. the time to investigate you it could certainly come back to haunt you.

  45. Note I didn't say that you won't/can't make money on this scam - You can, I've
  46. seen it worked before. But if you really believe it is perfectly legal you are
  47. mistaken.
