- This is what is referred to as a triangle scam (or in the last incantation
- I saw as an 'airplane game' scam where it was another 'perfectly legal' system
- of seats on your airplane that people reserved for 1.00 and there was a way to
- move up from the bottom of the list till you had your own airplane and only
- the 'pilot' and 'copilot' of each plane were paid or something and when the
- plane was full the pilot 'parachuted' off the plane and made room for a new
- set of people to move up the list and make money.) But I digress, my point
- here is that this is a scam that most certainly is ILLEGAL in many states and
- no matter what postal code you cite above the mere posting of it to usenet
- means that you are brushing will the law because even if not illegal in your
- state it has now been carried on an 'interstate carrier'and if someone takes
- the time to investigate you it could certainly come back to haunt you.
-
- Note I didn't say that you won't/can't make money on this scam - You can, I've
- seen it worked before. But if you really believe it is perfectly legal you are
- mistaken.
