- Religious fundamentalism usually quiets most areas. I don't mean to offend
- anyone here (but I will), but fundamentalism is, as they say "the opiate of
- the masses", and does the same thing as hosing down a crowd with
- tranquilizers. While it is noone's business to try to steer people away
- from religion by force, fundamentalism equates to fanaticism (if I _know_
- who God is, isn't it more important than ANYTHING for me to make others

- You are probably right about the CIA, but they do not run the country. Ol'
- George was the head of the CIA for a while, so maybe it was his prime
- motivation. But, if that is so, he has guaranteed himself a place in the
- toilet of history. Besides, from what I know of the CIA, they don't
- establish offical "bases" anyway, they are quite likely operating out of
- your basement and you don't know it yet (that's why their called
- "spooks").

- What work are you talking about? Political? Terrorist?

-
- Differentiate, if you would, between the USA and the CIA. I am an
- American, I would hope the US agenda would not be totally abhorent to me,
- and I rarely, if ever, side with the CIA. Either the country (myself
- included) is being run by some sort of consensus, or its ruled by the
- 'running dog imperialist CIA muthaf*****s'. You decide.
-
- I repeat myself; every country in the world has suprisingly similar
- components. Here in Canada, we have the RCMP (who would never do a BAD
- THING, oh no!). In the US there is the CIA. In England there is MI5 (or
- whatever they're called now), my genetic homeland (Germany), well... I'm
- sure your genetic homeland has some guys in overcoats too, let's hope
- _They_ are not running things too much.
