  13. The northern half of Somalia, formerly British Somalia, suceeded
  14. from Somalia some time ago.  That there is no UN presence there indicates,
  15. I trust, that things are going much better in the nominally independant 
  16. country of Somaliland than in the remnants of Somalia.
