  35. By and large we already have vote weighting by income group.  Since the more
  36. wealthy people tend to participate more in the political process, (and vote)
  37. while the poorer people tend to ignore it.  The concerns of the wealthy are
  38. taken into account much more than those of the poor.

  40. A better solution would be to convince more people to vote so that appeals 
  41. to one class or group of people would be for naught because they are in
  42. the minority.  This would require our polititions to actually formulate
  43. policy based on majority will as well as require our politicians to actually
  44. try to lead and convince large segments of the population to change their
  45. point of view.  Something that hasn't been done in 4 years.
