- This reminds me of that old saying about giving a man a fish verus
- teaching him how to fish. (He'll be hungry again or he need never be
- hungry again, respectively.)
- I'm just wondering what we are doing to help the Somalis become more
- self-sufficient in their own food production. Are there any such education
- programs for the Somalis as part of Restore Hope? (Or any civilian relief
- efforts?)
