  27. Why is alt.culture.oregon okay, alt.culture.alaska okay, alt.culture.(insert  
  28. region in India) okay, alt.california okay, alt.great-lakes okay,  
  29. alt.appalachian okay, but alt.culture.ny-upstate isn't?  If anyone can come up  
  30. with an intelligent answer to that question I'd be willing to listen.   
  31. Otherwise, I feel there is no rationale for saying this group shouldn't be  
  32. allowed.
