  36. than $40 in that shipping charges and such are included.  If your 
  37. company is an ANSI member there is a discount.  And so on.  In 
  38. addition, you need the Intrinsic Function Amendment (I lost the 
  39. number).  And, to be even more complete, you might want to get the 
  40. correction amendment (it is now in public review).
