  17. They don't.  As I understand it, the FSF uses a high distribution charge
  18. as a way to support the FSF.  The (mildly underhanded) thought is that
  19. a donation is hidden in the materials charge, thus slipping unnoticed
  20. through the paws of the corporate bean counters.

  22. Of course, if you really cared about the $$'s you would just buy the GNU
  23. CD-ROM from Walnut Creek (1-800-786-9907) for $40.
