  10. Toothpick, by the fire, realizes that intense contemplation to the exclusion
  11. of food - her state lately - is detrimental to one's health.

  13. Getting up to stretch, she looks around and the New Year's Pizza Party (NYPP),
  14. now in full swing, engulfs her.
  15.  
  16. "HEY TOOTHPICK," someone yells, "WHERE'S YOUR COSTUME?!"  She grins and heads
  17. for the Folks room, emerging in an instant in a clingy, shimmery blue sequined
  18. dress.  It almost seems to, well, flow around her.
  19.  
  20. "This party has mermaids, dolphins, crabs, pirates, penguins, and all manners
  21. of fish and sea life - but no sea!  I guess it was left to me to remedy the
  22. situation - consider my costume...water!"

  24. SOmeone rolls her eyes as Toothpick grins and heads for the VPM.

  26. "Wow. This is fun!  It's only recently that I discovered that pizza ISN'T
  27. the foul space waste concotion I had been taking it for all my life.  I
  28. *still* consider most of it pretty foul, but there IS one kind I like...which
  29. happens to fit in nicely with the theme, too!"

  31. Having thus spoken, Toothpick very nicely asks the VPM for an individual
  32. white seafood pizza - with lots of cheese, garlic, shrimp, crab, and...what
  33. the heck...lobster!

  35. "Yum!  But..."  She looks around for a place to sit. "Where do you sit under
  36. the sea?"  SHe settles on what might be a piece of a sunken ship...or a regular
  37. chair, if you aare imagination deficient. (-:
