- Ma'am, it would be my honor. I am afraid I don't know the tune, but I can
- do my best to improvise (as I always do with a new song...) And I thank you
- for the honor and joy. But I will ask for one song in return :
-
- Strange
- How the world got so small
- I turned around and there was nowhere left to go
- So sad
- The dream always dies
- Each new arrival closes places in my mind
- But I can dream
- Until I go
- Of smells I don't recognize
- And by the river
- In Shanghai
- The color of the sky
- Is something I've never seen
- After the summer rain
- Children smile
- Curious and kind
- And the world is big again...
- (Joe Jackson : Shanghai Sky)
- Thank you, milady.
-
- And don't sweat the snow! (I mean, don't mind the snow - maybe reigonalisms
- aren't so hot - I mean, great, anyway!) All I really need is a good hair
- dryer... And like I said, I HAVEN'T ever had this problem, because down here in
- Houston, we see snow once every few years, and as a result, it shuts down the
- city (don't laugh!) and we are too busy staring at the snow to have fun with
- or in it. Besides, that stuff's COLD! (as most natives like me end up saying.)
-
- Take care, and keep flying!
