  26. The Didi-Sprite steps from the 'Folx' room into the now-empty bar.
  27. She is dressed in white leggings and tunic and wears a wreath of
  28. mistletoe and holly in her hair.  In her hands she carries a bouquet
  29. of Rosemary, Sage, Lavender, and Rue ... the four herbs associated
  30. with the festival of Christmas.

  32.                    Rosemary for Remembrance and Friendship;
  33.            Sage for good health and long life;
  34.            Lavender for its sweet fragrance and long
  35.               association with this festival;
  36.                    and, Rue, the herb of repentance and subse-
  37.                quently of grace.

  40. Opening the French Doors, Didi steps out onto the meadow where she
  41. joins the assembled company of friends.  She allows herself to be
  42. drawn into the center of the circle and awaits the start of the
  43. healing ritual.
