  27. The SF Bay area is a fertile ground for Public Access Unix systems.  
  28. depending on which part of the Bay Area he is moving to (East Bay, SF, 
  29. San Jose), and his needs (telnet/ftp or simply mail/feeds), he has plenty 
  30. of options. In SF/North Bay, the WELL (ftp/telnet), and Cyberden 
  31. (feed/mail only) are great choices. In the Easy Bay, Terrapin Transit and 
  32. HoloNet are excellent places to try.  In the South Bay, I know at least 
  33. of NetCom, and I believe there are others.  He'll love it here, unless he 
  34. spends all of his time on Net, as yoU7re prone to do when you have so 
  35. many inexpensive/free options!
