- The SF Bay area is a fertile ground for Public Access Unix systems.
- depending on which part of the Bay Area he is moving to (East Bay, SF,
- San Jose), and his needs (telnet/ftp or simply mail/feeds), he has plenty
- of options. In SF/North Bay, the WELL (ftp/telnet), and Cyberden
- (feed/mail only) are great choices. In the Easy Bay, Terrapin Transit and
- HoloNet are excellent places to try. In the South Bay, I know at least
- of NetCom, and I believe there are others. He'll love it here, unless he
- spends all of his time on Net, as yoU7re prone to do when you have so
- many inexpensive/free options!
