  34. somewhere out there in the desert, lancaster area or in the death valley 
  35. prices for housing are still reasonably cheap. unfortunatly jobs are
  36. rare out there. all metropolitan areas (LA, SF, SD) can be considered
  37. expensive for housing. (even though prices for houses dropped last 
  38. year due to the recession)
