- I believe the Pub Draught Guinness DOES have nitrogen in it. It's
- stored in a small capsule at the bottom of the can. The gas is
- released when the membrane over the pinhole at the top of the
- capsule ruptures when pressure is released by opening the can.
- That's why the directions state that the can should be allowed
- to rest a minute or two after opening.
