  21. ...Good luck.. Most NYC universities frown upon giving access to non
  22. university affiliates, unless you could ask someone in UC-DAVIS
  23. to contact NYU of COLUMBIA and arrange things for you, your best bet 
  24. would be to join a commercial access provider in NYC that provides telnet.
  25. They will charge you between $10-20 a month for the privilege.
