  16. The information on both BT and Sprint's database is notoriously
  17. unreliable, when I worked on building the APC's database of X.25 access
  18. we started from those resources, but frequently the prices where a
  19. factor of 10 off, the addresses didnt exist etc.

  21. This is not intended as a being critical of them, they've done a great
  22. job of collating all this information in one place, but inflation,
  23. revolutions and the pace of change make it out of date in a short period
  24. of time.

  26. In general this is a good place to start looking, but check the dates on
  27. the information you get back to see how out-of-date it is.
