  21. It's called the MindVox system, and it has a very eclectic user base!
  22. They run a WAFFLE system with telnet and irc facilities to registered
  23. and verified users. They currently charge a monthly fee for access.

  27. PANIX is NY's Public Access Unix, and they provide all INET services
  28. including FTP, and telnet. They too charge a monthly fee, but I lost
  29. the connect numbers. They will be happy to email you a info blurb

  34. Although they aren't a "live" site, Dorsai does offer email and usenet
  35. news for all users. They have a liberal trial period, and afterwards
  36. ask for a contribution of $ 25.00 yearly to help offset costs involved.
  37. Soon they will be going live and offer most services as the other two
  38. sites.
