  50. 310)    Can I send mail to HK through Fidonet?

  52.     Theologically users can send e-mails to Internet via any FidoNet 
  53. BBS in HongKong, however, not all SysOps made this area available to their
  54. users and only a few systems has direct connections with the US
  55. Internet/ FidoNet Gateway.  Select Usenet Newsgroups is also available
  56. in FidoNet but SysOps has to pick them up from the Usenet/FidoNet
  57. Gateway in the USA.  Receiving e-mail from Internet to FidoNet in
  58. HongKong is no problem becasue all these traffic will be taken care by
  59. the Zone 6 ZoneGate - a ZoneGate system is a system in FidoNet who taken
  60. care of Inter-Zone e-mails from/to it's own Zone. (Note: Zone 6 is Asia
  61. in FidoNet).

  75. Just to update the information. There is a BBS which is cheaper than HKPCUG
  76. and have its own registered domain name rather than the some what strange
  77. fido number.

  79. To get more information, call the number at the bottom of the message or
  80. send to the email account usually responsible for a domain. As someone on
  81. internet I believe you know what it is :-).
