  37. I think that most of us fall under the classification that you are presenting
  38. and feew that unless we (the Sysop) has reason to belive that there is a reson
  39. to belive thesoftware or user to be suspicious of, then you have little to
  40. worrie about, criminally that is.  Civial liability is another story, you know
  41. what a sue happy culture we are - here in the USA, anyway.  I think that I
  42. would give any pirate activity the boot from my system rether than reporting
  43. it, also.
