  36.   WIN/TCP is an implementation of TCP/IP for VAX/VMS systems. TCP/IP
  37.   stands for "Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol".  This
  38.   suite of protocols is used for communication among a wide variety of
  39.   computer types and operating systems.  It is also the communications
  40.   protocol specified for use on the MILNET, so some familiarity with
  41.   TCP/IP commands is necessary for work on that network.  Help on the
