Yours is one of several messages received in a.a recently which
complain of the flamage here. Well, there is quite a bit of
information about atheism posted here (mainly in response to
questions and evangelizing from xtians), and occasionally
sharing of personal stories of intellectual growth.
However, some of us like the flame wars (up to a point). They can
be wildly entertaining. Along with the education value of a.a,
some of us enjoy the opportunity to release our frustrations
with living in a semi-theocracy. As long as the flames are
