  31. My misunderstanding has been corrected.  I was talking about strong
  32. atheism, as I have stated in another posting on this thread.  (Ho hum.)

  40. Many Muslims do disagree with the calls for Rushdie's death.  Muslim
  41. leaders with this viewpoint have made their viewpoint public.  The
  42. popular newspapers in the west have, however, considered these opinions
  43. to not be "newsworthy" enough to print.  So blame the press for your
  44. ignorance of the situation, not Muslims.

  55. I do not know the details of any of these cases, or even if some of them
  56. exist.  So I do not have the authority to comment here.  If you would
  57. direct me to any articles in newspapers/magazines regarding these
  58. incidents, I would be happy to read them and comment on them for you as
  59. best as I could.
