- I seem to remember (having seen the infant mortality figures relatively
- recently) that they're very skewed by race. However the figures I saw
- didn't list infant mortality divided by income so I don't know if there's
- a racial bias in health care or just what you'd expect in a country
- that doesn't have a national health service to support its poor.
