  27. I seem to remember (having seen the infant mortality figures relatively
  28. recently) that they're very skewed by race.  However the figures I saw
  29. didn't list infant mortality divided by income so I don't know if there's
  30. a racial bias in health care or just what you'd expect in a country
  31. that doesn't have a national health service to support its poor.
