  27. This came this morning from Eric Loeb at MIT via one of the
  28. Clinton servers.  It is definitely a step in the right direction
  29. and I think he has the right idea on how we can utilize our
  30. skills to good advantage to help promote and nurture it.

  35. are going to have the option of accepting email over
  36. an internet gateway to the House system as of January.

  38. The new House system (ISIS) will be released then.  It
  39. is in test now.

  41. I would recommend that we all go out and volunteer to help
  42. our local congressional district office with their
  43. computers.  At some point we will also each need to take
  44. some responsibility for getting a good lobbying effort
  45. going within our districts, so that our congress-people
  46. will know that the Internet connection is desired by the
  47. constituents.
