  26. I won't comment on the contents of the article, but I will
  27. point out that the author of this article has cross-posted
  28. it to many inappropriate newsgroups, and he has never responded
  29. to the ensuing criticism directed at the article.  This seems 
  30. to indicate that it might be a propaganda piece designed only
  31. to encourage US military involvement.
