  14. Does anyone have any information on how to find out the limits for the 
  15. vms/posix ipc mechanisms?  For example, maximum size and number of shared 
  16. memory segments, limits on message queues in terms of number of messages
  17. or total size of messages in a queue, or maximum number of message queues 
  18. allowed?
