  31. Sorry John, User created help files are not supported because the utility we
  32. use to create them is not available outside of Digital.  The program executes
  33. on a RISC/ULTRIX and takes as input the .hlb.  It is part of the package for
  34. help library support on RISC/ULTRIX.

  36. I think the LSE product on RISC/ULTRIX did something different and they do
  37. support user-created help libraries.
