- Sorry John, User created help files are not supported because the utility we
- use to create them is not available outside of Digital. The program executes
- on a RISC/ULTRIX and takes as input the .hlb. It is part of the package for
- help library support on RISC/ULTRIX.

- I think the LSE product on RISC/ULTRIX did something different and they do
- support user-created help libraries.
