  10. I've posted a new version of DELIVER (and, yes, this time I remembered to
  11. include the documentation!) to VMSNET.SOURCES.  It fixes two problems.  The
  12. first arises when the default file protection doesn't give a user with SYSPRV
  13. the ability to delete a file.  This prevents DELIVER from queuing the command
  14. procedure for execution.  The second allows DELIVER to forward to multiple
  15. users correctly (this was broken when I allowed DELIVER to accept a quoted
  16. string as a mail name).
