  13. I'm moving to the UK in March from the US.  Does anybody have  
  14. experience getting US-made telephone answering machines to work with  
  15. UK telephones?  It wouldn't surprise me that much if it doesn't  
  16. work...answering machines depend on very specific behavior, and even  
  17. some US phones don't provide that behavior (a friend of mine bought  
  18. an answering machildn't work on his office telephone but it worked  
  19. fine at home).

  23. Of course, I know that adapters for the AC plug (and no doubt the  
  24. telephone plug as well) will be necessary.
