- Yeah, we have Balti houses in Nottingham. One weird thing about Nottingham is
- vindaloo curries. Everywhere else in the country, vindaloo is a very hot curry,
- but in Nottingham vindaloo is mild-medium hot. The hottest you can get is
- usually a Ceylon or a Jalfrezi (sp? Has lots of fresh chillis in it).
