- It's probably a (Indian sub-continent) regional speciality and people
- from the same region tend to settle together. I'd never heard of Baltis*
- until I moved here, and I don't think you'll find very many Balti houses
- outside the Midlands. You'll find pakoras in the Leeds/Bradford area.
- Get them in the Midlands too, but they are quite different from the
- variety you get in Leeds/Bradford.
