  16. o This Wednesday, November 18, Karamarie Fecho will give a talk on two
  17.   papers that deal with mechanisms of learning: "Convergence and
  18.   Divergence in Neural Networks: Processing of Chaos and Biological
  19.   Analogy" by Mpitsos and Burton, and "A Learning Rule Based on
  20.   Empirically-Derived Activity-Dependent Neuromodulation Supports Operant
  21.   Conditioning in a Small Network" by Raymond, Baxter, Buonomano, and
  22.   Byrne.
