  15. The 38th North Carolina Symposium and Exhibition - NCSE '93
  16. Research Triangle Park, North Carolina - September 13-15, 1993
  17.  
  18. The North Carolina Symposium and Exhibition is the annual IEEE-sponsored
  19. conference in and for the state of North Carolina.  It is designed to
  20. present technical work that is currently underway or completed to
  21. interested EEs in the region.  This year, NCSE will feature a large trade
  22. show co-sponsored by the Carolinas Chapter of the Electronics
  23. Representatives Association.  NCSE '93 is anticipated to consist of 32
  24. technical sessions covering a diverse range of ongoing research and
  25. innovation in North Carolina.  Tutorial sessions will be offered in varied
  26. topics for those engineers interested in enriching their knowledge base and
  27. possibly furthering their careers.  Two specialized conferences will take
  28. place with NCSE '93:  The Triangle Conference on Computer Graphics,
  29. tentatively co-sponsored by the RTP ACM SIGGRAPH chapter, and HI-TECH
  30. ENTREPRENEUR, a complete two-day "how to" for would-be and current high
  31. technology entrepreneurs.  A complete proceedings of all papers presented
  32. in this conference will be published and distributed to all conference
  33. attendees.

  35. Brief one page papers, paper summaries, or abstracts are solicited covering
  36. topics of interest to North Carolina EEs (see suggested topics below). 
  37. Paper requests and papers are due by the schedule below.  All papers
  38. submitted and published must be presented at the conference by an author. 
  39. Conference registration and fees will be due at time of paper submittal.
