  11. Another unit that doesn't have the name recognition as the CD-I unit is the
  12. CDTV unit from Commodore.  Neither unit is selling very well, even though
  13. Phillips is spending who knows how much more money advertising their unit
  14. over Commodore.  Commodore does have an interesting ad comparing the two 
  15. machines, which I think is well done.  Spend a little extra $$$ and you can
  16. get a disk drive and keyboard to hook up to the CDTV and get at the computer
  17. inside of it.  I don't have either one, but the CDTV sounds like a better
  18. buy.  (Yeah right.  Just like Beta is better than VHS.  Look who won that
  19. one.  :-()  Unfortuneatly, it seems like developers are bending over back-
  20. wards for the CD-I unit which probably means it will come out on top in the
  21. end.
