  14. A friend who left this area has given me a plant.  I think she called
  15. it a Fishtail (Fern, Palm?).  It is about 3 feet high.  The stem near
  16. the base is thick and woody.  It has about 3 or 4 stems with leaves
  17. that do look like fishtails.  It is still in the temporary planter
  18. in which it was purchased (I think this last spring).

  20. Can anyone tell me about this plant, and what I should do to keep it
  21. alive?  It looks like it could turn into a rather nice large houseplant.
  22. It has a new branch forming, so I think it has possibilities.  Should
  23. I re-pot it now or wait until spring?
