  14. I am thinking of planting Holland bulbs so that spring brings pretty
  15. colors to my house.  I've never done this before.  Is this the right
  16. time to plant?  Where can I get reasonably priced bulbs and any other
  17. supplies (top soil?) I might need in the triangle?  Any hints about
  18. how to plant and how to choose bulbs?  Are there flowers I can plant now
  19. that will survive part of the winter?  Thanks!
