  41. That is your opinion, but since this is talk.origins, and since we are
  42. specifically addressing the origin of life, it is necessary to discuss
  43. these topics. We are trying to arrive at a definition of life which
  44. accounts for consciousness. None of the current materialistic theories
  45. can do this, since life is not material. If this newsgroup was called
  46. talk.origins.materialistic.only, we would be somewhere else.
