  30. Supernovae have been observed, have they not? So it is known that they
  31. occur, whether or not the mechanism is known.

  33. Has abiogenesis been observed? No it has not. So this fact plus the fact
  34. that no adequate model under which it can occur has been proposed
  35. indicate that there is no justification for believing that it occurred.
