- Only partially correct (you three-toed rim-dweller)...
-
- "Mna Mna," widely acknowleged as a seminal event in NeoZanyism,
- was broadcast in the golden Oldbie days of the sixties, on the Red
- Skelton Show. The highly non-symbolic skit featured the cavortings
- of moon creatures, rudely interrupted by the descent of a Lunar
- Module. Critics were quick to point out the lack of parallels to
- both the Promethean myth and the tale of Columbus.
-
- Cover versions were done by the Muppet Show and Benny Hill, the
- latter with nearly desecratory lack of consideration for the subtle
- nuances of the original, accompanying sped-up film that fell far
- short of zany, barely acheiving a desultory madcap.

- New York, (1984).
